Edgewater Towers

Miami, USA

Miami, USA 2018 Vladimir Doronin / Aman Group 20,000 sqm Commissioned

A twin-tower luxury residential concept in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood featuring sculpted glass forms, a dichroic podium facade, and resort-caliber amenities set against the Biscayne Bay waterfront.

Developed for Vladimir Doronin and the Aman Group, the project targets one of Miami’s most active residential corridors — the Edgewater neighborhood along Biscayne Bay. The design is defined by a rhythmic interplay of cantilevered floor plates and recessed terraces that give each tower a dynamic, stacked profile. Horizontal bands of glass and solid spandrel panels alternate across the facades, producing a layered effect that shifts in appearance with the changing light conditions characteristic of South Florida.

Podium & Arrival

The podium element that unites the two towers is clad in a striking dichroic glass mosaic, its panels cycling through iridescent hues of pink, blue, gold, and violet. This luminous base functions as both a visual anchor and a public-facing gesture, housing the main arrival sequence, retail frontage, and a grand porte-cochere whose faceted geometric ceiling channels dramatic shafts of natural light onto the drop-off area below. A bold angular canopy projects outward to define the street-level entrance, creating a compelling threshold between the urban sidewalk and the building’s interior world.

Amenities & Public Art

Above the podium, an expansive amenity deck provides residents with a resort-scale infinity pool, landscaped terraces shaded by mature palm trees, and sheltered cabana pavilions oriented toward panoramic water views. Public art installations punctuate the outdoor spaces, reinforcing the project’s ambition to merge contemporary art, architecture, and luxury living into a single cohesive experience along one of Miami’s most sought-after residential corridors.
