A landmark seaport terminal positioned along the Miami Causeway, conceived as both a highly efficient passenger facility and a bold architectural gateway to the city's waterfront.

Asymptote Architecture’s design for the Royal Caribbean port terminal translates the energy and movement of ocean travel into a dynamic architectural form, creating a memorable arrival experience for visitors while accommodating the complex operational flows of large cruise embarkations. The building’s sculptural silhouette establishes a distinctive presence along Miami’s skyline while functioning as an intelligent infrastructure capable of handling high passenger volumes.

Brand & Infrastructure

The architecture integrates passenger circulation, terminal logistics, and brand identity into a unified architectural expression. Its expressive facade acts as both an urban marker and a symbolic extension of the cruise experience, reinforcing the identity of Royal Caribbean and the culture of travel and leisure associated with Miami’s port.
