The LQ Chandelier de Pury, arranged in two large-scale configurations exclusive to this exhibition, is a modern interpretation of the opulent chandeliers of the 18th and 19th centuries created using minimal surface geometries and computer-aided fabrication techniques. Each chandelier is constructed from a series of molded, single-surface plates whose geometry has been manipulated mathematically to optimize the reflectivity of thousands of LED lighting components housed within its body.
