Asymptote's competition design for the Exness global headquarters in Limassol, Cyprus — interlocking volumes wrapped in a diamond-lattice structural facade, consolidating the trading platform's operations on the Mediterranean coast.
Exness, one of the world’s largest online trading platforms, selected the Mediterranean coastline of Limassol as the site for a new global headquarters that would consolidate its rapidly growing operations under one roof. Conceived to reflect the company’s dual identity as a precision-driven financial engine and a dynamic digital platform, the design projects a powerful image of progress, stability, and technological excellence.
Architecture
The architecture is composed of a series of interlocking volumes that rise vertically in a dramatic composition. The interplay of massing and voids expresses momentum and balance, while the building’s geometry anchors it visually to the Mediterranean shoreline. This striking silhouette becomes a beacon of innovation, proudly articulating the brand’s global ethos.
Workplace & Program
Internally, the project prioritizes employee well-being and collaborative work culture. The headquarters includes a diverse program of optimized workspaces, innovation hubs, wellness facilities, and public zones designed to support productivity and inspire creativity. Generous social areas, landscaped terraces, and integrated amenities foster a sense of community while responding to contemporary workplace needs.
