Asymptotes Health and Wellness complex for The Zeptor Group in Banja Luke is a mixed-use project with a hotel tower and commercial retail and entertainment plinth set into the heart of Banja Luka's most prominent square will be the tallest building in the city.
Design Concept
The tower will accommodate a 300-room hotel featuring state-of-the-art facilities and amenities catering to the most discerning travelers. The hotel will be a flagship destination for the Zeptor Group, which has been at the forefront of health and wellbeing products and services for over three decades. The hotel spas and amenities are designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and wellness. The culture plaza and plinth are designed to be a hub of activity, offering galleries, shops, and restaurants to attract visitors and locals alike. The plaza will be a vibrant space for cultural events and gatherings, allowing people to connect, learn, and be inspired. The plinth will also contain new luxury apartments.
The new architectural ensemble is set around the existing Zeptor Palace Hotel, seamlessly integrated into the project's overall design approach. The project has been designed as a landmark in Banja Luka. It represents the Zeptor Group's commitment to health, well-being, and excellence. From the design of the building to the services provided within it, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure that this project is a true reflection of the Zeptor brand and as a new landmark that will be a source of pride for the entire community.
